Drink More Water!
As a part of my health journey, one of my health goals have been to drink more water. I used to go days with just drinking a couple of sips of water. That isn't nearly enough! Water helps with indigestion, bloat, clears skin, helps your kidneys, and helps regulate your bowel movements. Best part? It's 0 CALORIES. So substituting your high calorie drinks for water can absolutely help you reach your fitness goals.
For the past week and a half I have made it a goal to drink more water. So I went to the store, got a cute water bottle (only way to get me to drink water) and a couple of gallons of water and began to drink. Personally I have a goal of drinking at least 48-72 ounces of water. It was hard at first and I was barely able to finish even 24 ounces, Once I continued to drink, it got easier and easier every day that passed. I no longer drink soft drinks, or juice. Just water. 😀
Now I challenge YOU to drink more water. I promise the feeling of being able to drink more and more everyday is the greatest feeling in the world.
Finding it difficult? Start small! Buy a cute water bottle and check to see how many ounces it holds. Fill it up and let that be your first goal. Try and try again until you reach your goal. After you’re able to finish your first bottle, fill it again. 2 bottles is your next goal. Don't give up until you’re able to continuously reach your goals! Remember, if you're not able to reach it, you can always try again the next day.
